Based in Banchory, Deeside Writers aim to cater for a variety of different writing
interests, with a programme covering poetry, short stories, articles and novel writing.
Members have been placed in poetry and short story competitions, had work broadcast
by the BBC, had work published in various anthologies, newspapers and magazines,
and given public readings of their work at the Aberdeen Arts Carnival 2008.
